How it works

Finding your puppy, together.

Bringing home a puppy is a big decision, and you shouldn’t have to make it alone. Our team personally guides every family, from the first hello to the first night home and beyond. Here’s how it works.

Step 1

Start an inquiry.

Fill out a brief survey and tell us a little about your family: who’s at home, what your days look like, and what you’re hoping for. It takes about two minutes.

Step 2

Talk with our team.

In just a few minutes, we’ll talk through breed, size, coat, energy levels, and timing, and we’ll help match you with your puppy. Ready to chat?

Step 3

Make a reservation.

When you’re ready, a deposit reserves either a specific puppy who’s already here or first dibs on an upcoming litter. Your deposit goes toward your puppy’s price.

Step 4

Watch your puppy grow.

You’ll get new photos and video every two weeks. At about seven weeks, we can complete your puppy’s Temperament & Compatibility Profile on request. When your turn comes, you can choose your puppy yourself, or let us recommend the one we believe fits your home best.

Step 5

Bring them home.

You can pick up your new best friend in person in Utah by flying into Salt Lake City or Provo, or you can choose to have one of our flight nannies bring your puppy to you anywhere in the country. We don’t mark up travel: you pay only the flight, the pet fee, and the flight nanny’s fee. Your puppy comes home with their vaccination record, vet check, and microchip number, plus a blanket with their mom’s scent, a small bag of the food they’re used to, and some toys.

Step 6

Stay in touch.

Our support doesn’t end at pickup. Questions about sleep, training, or grooming? Reach out anytime.
