Privacy Policy

How we handle your information.

Effective November 3, 2026

Angel Pups Deluxe (“Angel Pups,” “we,” “us”) breeds and places puppies from our home and from guardian homes in Utah. This policy explains what information we collect through angelpupsdeluxe.com, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, our forms, and the emails, calls, and texts that follow from them.

We don’t sell your personal information.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Inquiries: your name, email, mobile number, state, the puppy or breeds you’re interested in, your timing, your household, how you heard about us, and your answers to our pricing questions.

  • Litter Announcements: your name, email, the breeds, looks, sex, and size you prefer, your timing, and how you heard about us.

  • Angel Personality Profile quiz: your quiz answers, your breed match, your name, email, and (if you choose) mobile number, and whether you want litter updates.

  • Puppy applications: information about you, your home, your daily routine, and the puppy you’re hoping for, plus your agreement to our Reservations & Policies.

  • Reservations and payments: your name, contact details, and the puppy or litter place you reserve. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we don’t see or store your full card number. If you pay a balance by Venmo or Zelle, those services handle the payment under their own terms.

  • Messages and calls: anything you tell us by email, phone, text, or video call.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our website platform and the tools described below collect standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, the ad you clicked (if any), and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies (see “Cookies and your choices”).

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. It collects device and browser information and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How we use your information

  • To answer your inquiry, set up video calls, and help match you with the right breed and puppy.

  • To review applications, hold reservations, take deposits and balances, and arrange go-home.

  • To email you about new litters if you’ve signed up for Litter Announcements or asked for litter updates.

  • To keep in touch after placement and support you as your puppy grows.

  • To measure which ads and pages bring families to us, so we spend less on ads that don’t help (see the next section).

  • To run and secure the site, prevent spam and fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Advertising and measurement

We advertise with Google Ads. Our site uses Google Tag Manager to load Google’s advertising tags (the “Google tag”), which tell us which ads lead families to contact us. These tags use cookies (see “Cookies and your choices”).

  • Conversion tracking: when you arrive from one of our ads and then submit a form, the Google tag records that the ad led to an inquiry or sign-up.

  • Enhanced conversions: when you submit a form, the Google tag may send Google your email address and phone number in hashed (scrambled, one-way encrypted) form. Google matches this against signed-in Google accounts to tell us how many inquiries our ads produced. Google processes this data on our behalf and uses it only to provide measurement services to us.

  • Placements and sales: because most placements are finalized after a video call, we may later tell Google, in the same hashed form, that an inquiry became an application or a placement. This helps our ads reach families like you instead of people who aren’t looking for a puppy.

We share this information with Google, and with the agency that manages our ads, only to measure and improve our advertising. We never share your quiz answers, application details, or payment information for advertising.

We may also use Google Ads remarketing to show our ads to people who have visited our site. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to show ads on Google and on other websites based on your past visits to our site and to other websites.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, our site tells Google’s tags not to use advertising cookies or your hashed email address or phone number during your visit. They may still send Google limited signals without cookies, such as that a page loaded or a form was sent, which Google uses to estimate ad results in aggregate.

You can limit personalized ads from Google at My Ad Center and learn how Google uses data from sites like ours at Google’s partner sites page. Many other ad companies let you opt out of personalized ads at optout.aboutads.info.

Cookies and your choices

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Our site uses three kinds:

  • Necessary: keep the site working and secure and block form spam. Set by Squarespace and Google reCAPTCHA.

  • Performance and analytics: count visits and show which pages are used, so we can improve the site. Set by Squarespace, and by Google Analytics if we use it.

  • Advertising: measure which ads lead to inquiries and show our ads to past visitors. Set by Google.

You can opt out of advertising cookies on our site by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser (some browsers have it built in; others offer it through an extension), or by using the Google and industry opt-out links above. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies won’t stop you from using the site or sending us an inquiry. Our site doesn’t respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, but it does honor Global Privacy Control.

How we share information

We share personal information only as described here:

  • Service providers that run parts of our business for us: our website and form host (Squarespace), our email provider, our payment processor, and the agency that manages our Google Ads. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.

  • Google, for spam protection and ad measurement, as described above.

  • Our team, including our Guardian Angel homes, when they need it to prepare for your puppy’s placement.

  • When required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Good Dog: if you found us through Good Dog, the information you share there is covered by Good Dog’s own privacy policy, and our messages and payments with you stay on Good Dog until your puppy goes home, as its rules require.

Calls, texts, and emails

When you send an inquiry or application with your phone number, we may call or text you about it. We text only about your inquiry, reservation, or puppy, never marketing unless you ask for it. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to stop texts at any time.

We email Litter Announcements only to people who sign up for them or ask for litter updates. To stop them, use the unsubscribe link in the email or reply asking to be removed. We’ll still send messages about a reservation or placement you have with us.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry, quiz, and Litter Announcements information while you’re interested in a puppy, and delete it when you ask or after about two years without contact. We keep application, reservation, and placement records for as long as we support your puppy and as long as tax and business records require.

How we protect information

Your information is stored with Squarespace and our other service providers, which use encryption and access controls. Only our team can see form submissions. No website is completely secure, so please don’t send card numbers or other sensitive details through our forms or by email.

Children

Our site is meant for adults looking to bring home a puppy. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • show you the personal information we have about you

  • correct it

  • delete it

  • stop sending you Litter Announcements or texts

  • stop using your information for the advertising measurement described above

Email us at the address below. We’ll answer within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. Depending on where you live, your state’s law may give you additional rights; we’ll honor them where they apply.

Changes to this policy

We’ll post any changes on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you’ve already given us, we’ll tell you before it takes effect.
